Sorry all for the lack of updates. He's kept me busy.
You can always tell when Gabriel is feeling better. See the foot!!!
Hes doing much better- a little pain but coming off IB and tylenol slowly. Also he is off the vent, tpn and awake. We have started gtubes and as long as he does not try to wretch like yesterday we will go home tomorrow. He will stay here if he tries to or does wretch/vomit again til Monday when he can start baby food by mouth. ENT plans on changing his trach to his home trach today sometime.
ENT says things appear to be healing nicely and he will let him heal. Then in 4 to 6 weeks he will bring him back in to finish what he started and lay eyes on the hole repair to make sure it is healing properly.

Oh that smile is priceless! And the foot, oh that so reminds me of Jax!
So happy that he is doing so much better! Will continue to pray, but glad God has answered some prayers already =)
