I took the picture last week when it was raining. Eliana had to go check the mail with her brother.It didn't matter that it was raining. It didn't matter that is was cold out- she HAD to wear her polka-dot dress. Her child like view of the world amazes me. Everything to her is new and fun. I miss that in me.
